Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: 1-7 Business Days

  • Order processing time is 1-7 business days. This period is used to prepare your order before shipment. This includes fabric retrieval, custom cutting, sewing & edge finishing, and thorough quality control to ensure that your curtains are in perfect condition before packaging.

Shipping Time: 1-10 Business Days

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it typically takes 1-10 business days for your product to reach you. Delivery times are largely dependent on our logistics partners, such as Australia Post, Allied Express, and Fastway. We work closely with these partners to ensure your order is delivered promptly and securely. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and any external factors affecting the shipping process.

 

Delivery Details

  • One delivery person will be required.
  • Delivery to the front door.
  • For apartment complexes, delivery will be made to the 1st-floor entrance.
  • Delivery hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00 (excluding public holidays).
  • Our "48-hour Fast Shipping" products are only guaranteed to be processed in the warehouse within 48 hours. This does not guarantee the pickup and delivery time by the logistics provider, and does not include holidays.

  • Taxes Included: The listed price on the website does not include sales tax. The sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout.

Self Pickup Service

Items can be picked up from the Sydney Studio. For specific processes and inventory status, please consult customer service.
